Standard Audits

Standard Audits

This tutorial will teach you how to perform a Standard Audit. Standard audits are conducted similarly to running a Job Inspection.

To get started, click the Audit button, on your Home Menu.

This will bring you to the In-Process Audits Page, which will have a list of Current Active Jobs on the right and the ability to enter your own Job Number and Operation on the left.

To audit an active job, click the Audit button next to job on the list you would like to choose.

To perform an audit on a job that is not currently running, first enter the Job Number in the area on the left, then select the Operation Number from the drop down list.

Click the Start Audit button.

After you start an Audit you will be brought to the Audit Type Page. On this page you can choose to do a First Piece, Production, Last Piece, or Audit Inspection. You can also click the End Audit button to end the Audit prematurely.

Note: If you are Not Trained on the Job you are attempting to Audit you will be stopped. You will be brought to a page that will display the Job and Operation that were selected. Click the Okay button to be brought back to the Main Menu.

After going through your inspections, you will have the option to Add Scrap

If the part passed, click the Continue button. Otherwise, click the Add Scrap button.

Click the Select button for the Scrap Code you wish to use.

Enter the number of parts to add to scrap and any additional information that you need.

Click the Submit button.

Review that your scrap information is correct.

Click the Continue button.

This will bring you to the Audit Summary Page. This page displays a report on the Audit you have just completed. This summary is available for you to Print, Email or Export.

CONGRATULATIONS!

You have just performed an Audit!

You can click the Log Out button to exit, click the New Audit button to begin another audit, or click Home to return to the Main Menu.
