Edit Quality Alerts

This tutorial will walk you through Editing Quality Alerts.

 

Start by selecting the Quality Alerts button from the Home Menu.


 

This will bring you to a list of Currently Active Quality Alerts.


From here, click the Edit button on the Quality Alert you would like to work with.

 

Use the Edit Alert menu to change any information on the Quality Alert. Click the Save button to save changes.


 

On the right side of the screen, you will find an area to add images or files to this Quality Alert.


Click on Add Files to choose a file from your computer.


 

In order to connect this Quality Alert to a job operation, select the Operations tab.


 

Select Add Operations to pull up a list of your Jobs.


Next, click on Operations to see a list of that Job's operations.


Select the check box next to the Operation you want to attach to the Quality Alert and click Add.

 

The selected operation will now show in the list of Connected Operations.


 

From here you can:

  • Continue to edit Quality Alert information
  • Add another operation
  • Add more images or files
  • Return to the list Currently Active Quality Alerts by clicking Back to Index or Cancel
