Data Edit

This tutorial will teach you about Editing your Data. 

To start, click on the Data Edit button from your Home Menu.

 

This will bring you to a drop-down list, where you can choose what data you would like to edit. You can also set search parameters to narrows your results to create a more customized list.


You can select a Start Date and End Date to specify the time period for your list of records. You can also Search By UserSearch By Job, and Search by Active/Inactive

Once you have entered your search criteria, click Generate.


This will generate a list of records according to your specifications and bring you to a page where you can view and edit this information. To start editing data, simply click on the row that you wish to edit.


Some of the information will popup in a message free to edit. You can change the Active/Inactive status of this shift, Start TimeEnd Time, and the Production Count. Once you have the information how you want it click the Submit button to Save Changes.

 

CONGRATULATIONS!

You have now edited some production data.

 

You can continue to edit more rows, click the Back to Search button to generate a new list, or click Home to return to the Main Menu.
