Creating Machines

This Tutorial will teach you how to create a Machine. To run an Inspection from the Production page you will select a Job, an Operation, and a Machine. Live Machine information is available on the Dashboard. 

 

Creating Machines

To start, click Machines from your Home Menu. 


This will bring you to a list of your Current Machines. From here you can Create New Machines, Edit existing machines, view machine Details, and Archive unused machines.  


Note: the first time you visit this page the list will be empty.

 

Click Create New Machine.

This will bring you to a page where you can enter information about your machine.

  

Enter in the Facility/Department where the machine is located (for example: Plant 1). 

Enter in the Machine Number

Enter in the Machine Name. 

 

Click the Create button.

Your new machine will be added to the list. 


CONGRATULATIONS! 

You have created a new machine! 

 

You can now create more machines as needed. 

When you are finished click the Home button to return to your Main Menu.
