Create Quality Alerts

Create Quality Alerts

This tutorial will walk you through creating Quality Alerts. Quality Alerts can be used to notify operators to be aware of specific quality issues that may happen during production.

To start, click Quality Alerts from the the Home Menu.

This will bring you to a list of all of your active Quality Alerts.

From here you can Create, View, and Edit Quality Alerts.

To create a quality alert, click the Create New Alert button. This will bring you to the Create New Quality Alert page.

First, enter a name for the Quality Alert.

Next, give the alert a message you would like displayed to the operator during production.

After that, you can specify when you would like the alert to be displayed. Either at production start or before inspecting.

Next, choose a start and end date for the alert to be displayed.

The check box below the start and end date labeled Force Pictures requires the operator to view pictures of the quality alert before proceeding.

If there are images you would like to add to the quality alert, this can be done in the Add Images/Files section. Simply click on Choose Files to be brought to your computer's file explorer.

Note: Files must be of the type .mp4, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx.

Once you are done adding files, click the Create button and your new Quality Alert is complete!

It will now show in the list of Active Quality Alerts.
